Refund & Cancellation Policy
Royal Dental Care & Aesthetics believes in helping its patients and customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy.
Our policy ensures fairness and clarity in all refund and cancellation requests. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order or booking the service. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order or appointment has already been confirmed or processing has begun.
For clinical appointments, patients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Non-Cancellable Items & Services
Royal Dental Care & Aesthetics does not accept cancellation requests for perishable or consumable items such as medical products, skincare kits, or customized dental appliances once manufacturing has begun. However, a refund or replacement can be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
Medicine once sold is non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our customer service team on the same day of delivery. The request will be entertained once the merchant or manufacturer has verified the defect. Refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you feel that the service or product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to our attention within the same day of receipt or appointment. The Royal Dental Care &Aesthetics team will review the concern and take an appropriate decision on a case-by-case basis.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, the customer is requested to contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement as per their policy.
6. Refunds
In case of any refunds approved by Royal Dental Care & Aesthetics, it will take approximately 6–8 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer’s original payment method. All refunds are processed in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
7. Disclaimer
The above policy content is created at Royal Dental Care & Aesthetics’ sole discretion. Razorpay shall not be liable for any content provided here and shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities that may arise due to the merchant’s non-adherence to this policy.
