1. Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term "we", "us", "our" shall mean Royal Dental Care and Aesthetics, whose registered/operational office is Royal Dental Care, Khetri Tiniali Market, Kamrup, ASSAM 782403. The terms "you", “your”, "user", or “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person visiting our website or agreeing to our services.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing them under the supervision of a parent/guardian. These terms apply to all patients, visitors, and users.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as per clinic policy.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and online through our secure payment gateway. For certain extensive treatments, an advance payment may be required.

Refunds: Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. If you have made an advance payment for a treatment package, any refunds for un-rendered services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All refunds are processed in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.

Transaction Authorization: We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
